Lost your CICCA membership card? No worries!

We understand that things get misplaced! If you’ve lost your membership card, you can request a replacement quickly and easily.

To issue a new card, there is a $10 replacement fee + 9.99$ shipping fee. Once your request is processed, your new card will be mailed to you. Please allow around 10-14 business days to receive your new card.
